Afternoon Bank Robbery in Saucier

An all-out manhunt in Harrison County is underway as law enforcement uses a helicopter and K9 unit to find a bank robber.
Authorities say that around 3:30 this afternoon someone robbed the Peoples Bank in Saucier.
Harrison County Sheriff’s Department responded to an alarm at the Peoples Bank and upon arrival deputies were advised that a female entered the bank and produced a knife demanding money. The bank employee complied with her demand and the suspect fled from the bank.
The suspect is described as a black female wearing a dark hoodie and gray sweatpants. Harrison County Sheriff’s Department is continuing to search for the bank robber.
