Adapt and Overcome: This Week’s Hometown Heroes Standing Strong through Adversity

Imagine slowly watching your world go black right before your eyes.

While some are born blind, others have to face the enormous task of adapting to losing their sight.

It’s one local program’s mission to help become the eyes for the visually impaired on our coast.

And even though these men have very little sight, they have a whole lot of vision.
