Absentee voting deadline this weekend for primary election
As we move closer to primary election day, we have some reminders about absentee voting and deadlines.
County Circuit Clerk Offices will be open Saturday, March 7 from 8 a.m. to noon, the final day to vote in-person absentee.
If you plan to mail in an absentee ballot, it must be postmarked by election day, March 10, and received by Circuit Clerk Offices by the 17.
If you plan to vote in-person, you must bring an acceptable form of ID like a driver’s license or state ID. Otherwise, you’ll have to fill out an affidavit ballot and present an ID at your local circuit clerk’s office to ensure your vote is counted.
