Barbie gives 20K check to Kentucky girl

One girl from Kentucky gets the opportunity to “be anything” thanks to Barbie.

America’s favorite doll continues inspiring young girls to follow their dreams through the “Be Anything Tour,” this time making a pit stop in Los Angeles.

Barbie, along with two professional athletes, helped to make two girls’ dreams become more possible, giving them each checks to help fund their futures.

The grand prize winner, Amelia Flood from Hardinsburg, Kentucky took home a giant $20,000 check.

Sunday’s event in Los Angeles was the last stop on Barbie’s “Be Anything” tour after visiting 34 Walmarts across the nation.
