Biloxi Man Charged with Felony False Pretense

In Biloxi, a 36-year-old man has been charged with felony false pretense. Police made the arrest early Monday morning, after an investigation into a complaint filed back on August 14, alleging Dustin Elliott Broussard had obtained goods and services using a rewards point system belonging to another person.

It happened near the 100 block of beach boulevard in Biloxi. Police arrested Broussard Monday morning and charged him with felony false pretense. He’s being held at the Harrison County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
