One man dead in single vehicle crash in D’Iberville

One man is dead following a single vehicle crash in D’Iberville over the weekend.

According to D’Iberville police, officers responded to a crash on Broadie Road near Goodman Road where a Ford Ranger was traveling west on Broadie Road and struck a concrete barrier at the intersection.

The driver, 57-year-old Valorie Hickman, was taken to a hospital and is listed in critical condition.

The passenger, 56-year-old Matthew Godpodinovich, was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
