Residents Remember the Faces of Camille

On Friday August 17th, many throughout our area will pause to remember the lives lost and devastation left behind in the wake of hurricane Camille, marking 50 years since South Mississippi was struck by the second strongest hurricane to ever make landfall in the United States.

News 25 meteorologist Payton Malone sat down with one South Mississippian who has ridden out storms since the 1940s, including the infamous hurricane Camille.
