MDOT Roadwork begins today in Harrison County
A few quick traffic notes for you this afternoon.
Portions of the inside lanes of Interstate 110 both northbound and southbound will be closed for work starting today while nighttime closures of a Gulfport bridge are also set to begin.
The I-110 lane closures are in place through Tuesday, August 9th near the drawbridge for median work.
In Gulfport, the Wilkes Drawbridge on Highway 605 will be closing tonight and then on Wednesday and Thursday night from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. so crews can relandscape the medians.
Drivers are asked to slow down and be mindful of crews working in these areas.
