Arrested for being in possession of burglary/larceny tools

Biloxi police arrested 40-year-old Justin Ray Todd for being in possession of burglary and larceny tools.

This was the result of a report of a suspicious person trespassing inside the confines of a construction site located in the 8400 block of West Oaklawn Road.

Biloxi police officers responded to the area where they located Todd hiding inside the construction site. Tools used for the purpose of committing burglaries were located in his possession.

Todd was taken into custody and was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center where he was held on a $25,000 bond.
