Party in the Pass for day two of Jeepin’ the Coast

Jeepin’ the Coast’s Party in the Pass brought the community together for its second day of fun.

Roads were blocked off on the corner of Davis and Second Street as crowds and jeeps filled the streets for live music, food trucks, and an 8 p.m. light show.

People of all ages joined Jeepin’ the Coast, bringing lawn chairs and something cold to drink to combat the Coast heat.

Jeepin’ the Coast President Jennifer Moran said, “I feel like this is the kick off of summer time and you know what, what better way to kick off summer time, look at these jeeps, no tops, no doors, they were like alright let’s just roll. We’ve got the beach crawl; you do have to be a registered jeepers. We’ve got the Show and Shine, we’ve got concerts coming up, we’ve got Vender Village. Vendor Village is slammed full of vendors and they are ready to sell you whatever you want or need.”

Jeepin’ the Coast has already tripled the number of jeepers compared to last year.
