First pieces for giant Ferris wheel at Paradise Pier Fun Park arrive in Biloxi

The first pieces of the giant Ferris wheel for Paradise Pier Fun Park at Margaritaville Resort Biloxi have arrived.

The 20-story high Ferris wheel will be the centerpiece of Paradise Pier and provide views out along the Gulf of Mexico.

Due to shipping delays, it has taken a little longer getting the pieces from Italy, but the pieces are finally coming in.

Along with the Ferris wheel, guests will also be able to enjoy Midi-Family Swinger, Discovery Revolution, and the aerobar, which rises into the sky while people relax and take in the coastal views. Chief Marketing Officer for Lodging and Leisure Tessy Lambert said, “One of the things that we are most excited for is the brand-new element of family fun. This is going to change the face of family fun here for Coastal Mississippi and you know, we are all excited about the possibility of much more tourism and memories can be made here on our beautiful coast line.”

When Paradise Pier opens, it will be the largest family entertainment attraction in South Mississippi.
