Two teenagers arrested in Jackson County

Two teenagers are behind bars after allegedly shooting another teenager.

Eighteen-year-old Clayborne Mitchell of Biloxi and 17-year-old Braden Pavlik of Ocean Springs are being charged with three counts of aggravated assault and use of a deadly weapon.

After dropping the two off at the St. Andrew’s Clubhouse, the victim received a text message to return. Upon returning, the victim was shot in the leg while driving.

The victim is hospitalized at Ocean Springs Hospital.
