Mike Guerrero back as Biloxi Shuckers manager
It’s back to Biloxi for Mike Guerrero. He’s been announced as the Shuckers manager for a fourth consecutive season.
The reigning Southern League Manager of the Year led the Double A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers to a record season in 2018, claiming a southern division title with a franchise best regular season mark of 81-59.
The Shuckers were also home to the Southern League player and pitcher of the year, those being Corey Ray and Zack Brown respectively.
Joining Guerrero on the Coast are three newcomers: pitching coach Bob Milacki, hitting coach Danny Santin, and athletic trainer Jeff Bodenhamer.
The returning members of the staff are Chuckie Caufield and strength and conditioning coach Nate Dine.
