Road Rage Sends One To The Hospital
An alleged case of road rage left one in the hospital and one in jail over the weekend.
According to Harrison County Sheriff, Melvin Brisolara, 18 year old Aaron Hammons was arrested after allegedly beating a 62 year old male just off of Beatline and 28th Street on Friday.
The incident occurred when Hammons began following the 62 year old very closely in his vehicle.
Police say the man then pulled into the A & D Mini Mart where Hammons struck the man multiple times before fleeing.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and treated with back, shoulder and arm injuries. He also underwent arm surgery.
