Christmas in the Pass

Kick off your holiday season tonight in Pass Christian.

Christmas in the Pass is entering its 33rd year. This event is a cooperative effort of the Pass Christian Main Street and Pass Christian Chamber of Commerce.

The fun starts tonight at 5 and will last until 9 at 200 Davis Avenue.

The free event gives children and adults a chance to enjoy the merriment of the Christmas tree lighting, a holiday parade featuring Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elves, music, food, arts and gifts. Gabrielle Rose with Pass Christian Chamber of Commerce said, “All of our businesses downtown will be open late tonight and we have got vendors coming in and we have got food and fun stuff. In the kids pavilion you can get your photos with Santa and we will also have face painting and a lot of different activities. We have got a train. It’s a really fun way to have your family out here and get some early Christmas shopping done and get to see Santa early.”

The Paw Parade that was originally scheduled for Saturday has been moved to Sunday due to weather.
