Man Threatens To Jump Off Bridge

Traffic was stopped in both directions near the Kremer Bridge for nearly an hour and a half.
Police say a man in distress tethered himself around the neck to the bridge and threatened to jump.
Five emergency response teams were on the scene.
But, it was a negotiator who spoke to the man, and eventually got him to come down.
The man left in an ambulance shortly after 2pm.
