EGG BOWL MAYHEM

Last night, one of the more lopsided Egg Bowls in recent memory, still gave us one of the most memorable games in the history of this Magnolia State rivalry.
With Mississippi State leading 28-3 late in the 3rd Quarter, Ole Miss wide receiver A.J. Brown and MSU defensive back Jonathan Abram started getting into it, following a touchdown that was eventually called back altogether.
That led to multiple punches being thrown, and MSU’s Jamal Peters pulling off the helmet of Ole Miss quarterback Matt Corral.
Ole Miss finishing the year with a record of 5-7, while Mississippi wraps up the regular season at 8-4.
In an unrelated move, the Rebels parted ways with defensive coordinator, Wesley McGriff earlier today.
