Cajun Gourmet opens doors in Long Beach

Owner Allen Polk tells News 25 every item inside the store is a custom made work of art and is made exclusively by people from Hattiesburg south across the state.

The store also sells any kind of Tabasco sauce you could dream of as well as boudin. “What we have here is we have decided that this is not going to be a tourist trap. This is going to be for the locals. We built this for the local people ion the Gulf Coast. So, all the prices are very competitive, all in line with online prices,” said Polk.

The store is located on Pineville Road in Long Beach.
