Ocean Springs Bomb Scare

A hand grenade found at an Ocean Springs home caused a brief panic today. Biloxi Bomb Squad was called to Blue Heron Blvd after a family was clearing out the home of a deceased family member.
The family found the hand grenade and called Ocean Springs Police. The Biloxi Bomb Squad was sent to the home and deemed the bomb to be inert. After following proper protocol, the hand grenade will be returned to the family.
