City of Gulfport curfew

Gulfport Mayor Billy Hewes declares that a curfew exists within the municipal boundaries of the City of Gulfport starting at 7 p.m. on September 4^th, 2018 and continuing until such time as the same is rescinded in writing.

Any person violating the curfew shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not exceeding $300 or six months imprisonment or both such fine and imprisonment.
