Wanted for attempted theft

Biloxi police are asking for help in locating an unknown man who attempted to steal a motorcycle seat and damaged the property.

This suspect is described as a white male riding a yellowish motorcycle, possibly a Harley Davidson, and wearing a red German style helmet.
