Fatal accident in Vancleave

Police in Jackson County are investigating a car accident that left one woman dead.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to Fox Ridge Drive in Vancleave shortly after 5 p.m. when they found 56-year-old Ocean Springs resident Lori Duhon inside a gray Toyota 4Runner.

The vehicle crashed into a tree and Duhon was pronounced dead on the scene. No further information is available at this time.
