Supreme Court Rules Judge Harris to be Recused from Trial

The Mississippi Supreme court has ruled that Judge Neil Harris will no longer preside over the Singing River Health System (S.R.H.S.) v. Cynthia N. Almond case.

S.R.H.S. asked for Harris’ recusal, believing he could appear to be biased. While representatives from S.R.H.S. believe the Mississippi Supreme Court made the right decision, retirees are just ready for a trial.
