Overnight shooting in Gulfport

Just after midnight officers responded to the 1200 block of Prudie Circle where they found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Officers also located marijuana at the scene which they believe could have played a role in the shooting.

The victim was transported to an area hospital. He’s in critical, but stable condition.
