Procession for AJ Holloway

After the visitation and funeral service, the City of Biloxi continued to pay tribute to Mayor Holloway with the procession and entombment.

Biloxi police officers and firefighters served as honor guards and pall bearers. The Biloxi Fire Department had flag bearing aerial ladders in two locations: Lameuse Street by city hall and at the Biloxi Lighthouse on Highway 90.

The procession worked its way to Southern Memorial Park where Holloway was buried.

While in office, Holloway tripled the size of the Biloxi police and fire departments. The aerial flags were their way of paying respects.
