Possession of child pornography

A Gulfport man has been arrested this afternoon and now faces up to 40 years in prison for possession of child pornography.

Thirty-two year-old Scotty Peel was arrested after an investigation into his suspicious online activity. Peel was charged with one count of possession of child pornography.

If convicted, Peel faces up to 40 years in prison.
