First annual Mud Mania at South Mississippi Off Road and RV Park

South Mississippi Off Road and RV Park is hosting their first annual Mud Mania event starting Thursday.

Gates open at 2 p.m. and will stay open until Sunday. The four days will consist of concerts by Moccasin Creek and Big Smo, ATV pit races, and truck races. Admission for Thursday through Monday will be $60 and ticket prices will go down by $10 each day.

South Mississippi Off Road and RV Park owner Brandon Necaise tells News 25 there will be something for people of all ages to take part in. “We want to welcome all the kids, all the family, all your friends. This is going to be a great event for the whole family so come out and have a good time. We are supposed to get rain, but rain makes more mud so we are going to have a good time with that. For the kids, we are going to have inflatables. We are going to have a bounce house, water slides, and we also have the sand by the lake.”
