Human bones discovered in Biloxi

During construction on an infrastructure project along Highway 90 today, city workers in Biloxi discovered something out of the ordinary.

Five feet below the ground, human bones were discovered next to a water line near the Biloxi Cemetery. Biloxi police, along with the Harrison County Coroner’s Office, supervised the removal and the Mississippi Department of Archives and History was notified of the discovery.
