Dollar General armed robbery in Ocean Springs

Ocean Springs police are searching for a man who robbed a Dollar General clerk at gunpoint.

It happened at the Dollar General on Bienville Boulevard. The armed male entered the store carrying a silver gun and demanded money from the cash register. The clerk gave the assailant cash from the register then he fled on foot headed northwest from the store.

The only description is a male of unknown race, wearing a dark hoodie and dark jeans. His face was covered and he was wearing gloves.
