Black Spring Break neighborhood pass

With Black Spring Break right around the corner, traffic has become a big concern amongst Coast residents.

With over 150,000 visitors expected over the weekend, the City of Biloxi has offered neighborhood passes, exclusive to only a couple hundred people whose homes are west of the Coast Coliseum, directly on Highway 90. These passes must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle and will allow policemen to direct you through back roads.

The access to one of these passes will not exclude anyone from following the traffic plan that limits highway 90 traffic to one-lane westbound and one-lane eastbound between I-110 in Biloxi and Cowan Road in Gulfport.
