Murder arrest

Two men have been arrested for the murder of a 27-year-old woman that happened Saturday on Mills Road in Gulfport.
According to Harrison County Sheriff Troy Peterson, 19-year-old Dannie Bergeron and 21-year-old Jacob Scaife are behind bars after police found the female victim with a gunshot wound to the head.
Witnesses say both suspects fled the scene together to a relative’s house in Franklinton, Louisiana. With the help of Washington Parish Sheriff’s Department, they were able to find Bergeron and Scaife and they were taken into custody.
Bergeron is being charged with one felony count of murder on a one million dollar bond and Scaife with accessory after the fact to murder on a $200,000.
