Teen arrested after two people shot in Biloxi
Biloxi police arrested a teenager from Soso, Mississippi yesterday in connection with a shooting outside of a Howard Avenue restaurant.
Evidence gathered on scene identified 19-year-old Richard F. Sims as the alleged shooter.
A man and a woman were injured when the shooter opened fire near Martinis on the 900 block of Howard Avenue.
Police learned the shooter was in a dark-colored sedan and after locating the car they identified the driver and arrested Richard Sims on two charges of aggravated assault.
The investigation is still on-going.
No further injuries were reported during the incident.
