29th annual Jackson County Industrial Trade Show
The Jackson County Industrial Trade Show is 29 years strong and still remains a great outreach for staying local.
That’s according to some of the many businesses and employees who attended the one-day show earlier today in Pascagoula.
The trade show allows businesses to network with one another. For those who work in industrial fields, it is a chance to learn about new products and possible job opportunities. Gibson Electric CEO Belinda Green said, “There’s just no place you can go to get all the information right here under one roof within these four walls. The same goes for the vendors. I mean, there’s no way we could see that many people just within a short amount of time like this.”
Zachry Business Development Manager David Landers Jr. said, “We see a lot of people looking for jobs as well as vendors providing a service for us so we can keep local.”
With the help of local sponsors, the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce puts on the trade show every year.
