Aggravated Assault Arrest Pass Christian

A Pass Christian man is behind bars for a Sunday night assault involving gunfire which struck a vehicle occupied by three children and two adults. Authorities say the incident happened around 9:30 last night on east North Street. 42 year old Christopher Glen Gary is charged with four counts of aggravated assault, one felony count of domestic violence, and misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He is being held on bonds totaling over 250-thousand dollars.
