Pascagoula Police investigating rash of vehicle thefts

Pascagoula Police are investigating a rash of vehicle burglaries.

According to a post on the department’s social media page, most of the burglaries involved unlocked vehicles.

“We are asking everyone to please lock your vehicles, even when parked in front of your residence,” police said in the post.

Officials also advised residents to remove or conceal all valuables left in vehicles.

“This simple step can help keep you from becoming a victim of this crime.”
