Burglary arrests in Harrison County
A stolen four-wheeler leads to the arrest of two people and seizure of more stolen property.
Harrison County sheriff deputies arrested Dewayne Duncan and Jennifer Tackett of Lennis Cuevas Road after deputies found a stolen four-wheeler on their property.
While searching the house, investigators located a large number of stolen fire arms and hunting bows. A felony amount of marijuana and methamphetamine were found inside the residence as well. Resident Andra Poole said, “We had just commented on we’ve never had no problem where we live and now it’s like right next door. So yeah, mad, not safe at all.”
Both suspects are being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility and charged with two counts each of possession of narcotics, methamphetamine, and marijuana. Their bonds are set at $40,000 each.
