Bay St. Louis Man Charged with Rape

Waveland police have arrested a Bay St. Louis man and charged him with rape, molestation, and sexual battery.
Thirty-eight year-old Nicholas Arnold is accused of raping a female victim he knew over a period of time. He was booked into Hancock County Jail and is being held on a $300,000 bond.
The investigation is still ongoing.
