McCrory Bond Hearing Today

A Jackson County judge denies the request for a lower bond for Nathan McCrory, the man accused of beating and burning his then three-year-old son Zander Saucier.
McCrory was in court on January 30th for a bond revocation hearing after prosecutors said he tried to intimidate a witness in his upcoming trial.
Judge Robert Krebs agreed to allow McCrory to stay free on a $200,000 bond pending trial. However, he has not posted bail and remains in the Jackson County Jail.
This morning, Judge Krebs reminded McCrory of how severe these charges were before denying his request.
Krebs set a tentative trial date of July 24 and will hear motions in the case June 22.
