Waveland Police Searching for Missing Teenager

Waveland Police are searching for a runaway teenager and need your help. Carrie Payne, 16, was reported as a runaway on 2-1-2017 and was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. She is 4’11” tall and weighs approx 121 lbs. She has strawberry blonde hair. Authorities don’t have any reason to believe that she was abducted or taken forcefully.
