Charged With Sexual Battery

A man was arrested in Biloxi Sunday morning after a woman says he pulled her into a dark area and forced her to perform a sex act without her consent.

Biloxi police arrested 55-year-old Michael Preston Kinney after responding to the call at the 800 block of Bayview Avenue. The victim says she was able to escape as multiple vehicles drove past the area. Kinney was charged with sexual battery and given a 25-thousand dollar bond.
