NWS Surveys Tornado Damage

Team from the National Weather Service in New Orleans is on the coast today surveying the damage from the tornado that touched down in Hancock County, traveling through Harrison County. Take a look at what the storm did to one trailer on “Bell Creek Road” in Pass Christian. The winds from the tornado ripped through the roof and destroyed multiple sheds on the property. The tornado also caused bark from a near-by tree to fall on the resident’s vehicle. Fortunately no one was injured in the tornado’s path.
