Coast Coliseum hosting three Federal Prospects Hockey League games
Slap shots and Zamboni’s returning to South Mississippi in less than a month as a part of Biloxi Pro Hockey’s ‘Bring Hockey Back Tour.’
And a hard freeze already underway at the Coast Coliseum, home to three regular season neutral site games played by three different teams in the Federal Prospects Hockey League.
Starting December 2nd between the Columbus River Dragons and Port Huron Prowlers with other games on the 17th and the 30th.
Attendance is key for all three dates to continue the push for what could be the Mississippi Seawolves 2.0 and everyone’s favorite mascot Hook. Biloxi Pro Hockey Sales Executive Kory Dumond said, “That’s ultimately going to be what decides if we do end up getting a long- term option here in Biloxi in the Federal League. And that’s going to be the attendance, the support. Right now, we’ve been selling a ton of tickets for these three games. We’ve got to sell even more. So, we need the community to come out and support these games just like this is the Seawolves, just like this is the Surge. So, your doing so will ultimately go a long way in determining if we can get the Seawolves back as a part of the Federal League for the 2022-2023 season that will happen next year.”
