Emergency Responder Grant On The Way

The coordination of Mississippi’s Emergency Responders will be getting an upgrade. Thanks to a 33-million dollar grant, the Mississippi Wireless Communications Commission will be able to create and upgrade technology allowing first responders in the state to view and share data. Commission officials expect the data sharing could be operable by the end of 2017.
