Police need help identifying fraud suspect

Biloxi police need help identifying a person suspected of credit card fraud.
Surveillance camera photos were taken from the Winn-Dixie on Pass Road where police say the suspect used a credit card without the victim’s knowledge or permission. The transaction totaled a little over $600.
