Vancleave woman dead after car hits school bus

A Vancleave woman died this morning after her vehicle hit a school bus.
The driver is identified as 59-year-old Jeanette Migues. Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell says traffic deputies responded to the accident near the intersection of Old Fort Bayou and Antioch Road around 6:30 a.m.
The passenger side mirror of the car struck the rear corner of the bus and the car left the road. The car then crossed a ditch and a driveway of a home and hit a tree.
Migues was taken to Ocean Springs Hospital where she later died. No students were on the bus during the time of the crash and Migues was the only one in the car.
