4th Parade Shooting Suspect Pleads Guilty Pass Christian
The fourth and final suspect in the Pass Christian Mardi Gras Parade shootings has pleaded guilty. 27 year old Donald Dedeaux of Gulfport, pled guilty to accessory after the fact to aggravated assault at the Harrison County Courthouse. Dedeaux has been sentence to 15 years’ incarceration, with 10 of the years suspended, and 5 years to serve. That will be followed by 3 years of post-release supervision. Because of his assistance to law enforcement in this case and his lack of criminal history, he will also be allowed to serve the final 3 years of his prison sentence on house arrest.
