Voice of the Biloxi Shuckers moving on

Dating back to their inaugural season in 2015, the Biloxi Shuckers have only known one voice. Chris Harris has been there since the beginning, but now he’s moving on to a new home in the Southern League.
For three seasons, Harris has served as the radio play-by-play man for the Shuckers and he’ll be doing the same thing with the Mississippi Braves.
Harris has twice won the Southern League Radio Broadcaster of the Year award, most recently in 2017, as well as 2013 during his days with the Jackson Generals.
Away from the microphone, Harris also handled public and media relations as well as the team’s website.
