Armed robbery arrest

A Biloxi man arrested on Sunday for three counts of burglary is now being charged with armed robbery in another incident.
A victim claimed 38-year-old Charles Wayne Tharpe robbed them at gunpoint at an ATM on Porter Avenue around 9 p.m. on February 25th. Investigators searched Tharpe’s home and located items directly linking him to the crime.
Tharpe was also arrested for multiple other felony charges and was given no bond for the armed robbery charge.
