Paving Continues on Cedar Lake Road

Construction for Cedar Lake and the Popp’s Ferry Road intersection was set to be completed by now. However, the two night job has been extended.
Crews were applying the final layer of asphalt at the intersection of Cedar Lake and Popp’s Ferry Road Tuesday evening, working overnight to minimize inconvenience to the 29,000 motorists who travel that intersection on an average day. Workers hope to now complete the paving of that intersection by tonight.
If you travel that area, you’ll want to find an alternate route until 5 a.m. Thursday morning.
