Arrested for felony credit card fraud

In Biloxi today, police arrested a woman on a felony warrant for credit card fraud that happened early last month.
Thirty-eight year-old Frances Salisbury is suspected of using the victim’s stolen credit card at multiple businesses in Biloxi. Salisbury was taken to the Harrison County Jail under a $15,000 bond.
